Five of the best South West Danish chef teams from Ho Kro, Café Stranden, Hr. Skov, Høfde 4 og Von Lügenhals each create a course for a 7-course tasting menu with a focus on fungi on this unique evening at Ho Kro on the Danish West Coast. The proceeds from the evening go to an inspiration trip for local chefs.
