Skov, Høfde 4, Arnbjerg Pavillonen og Von Lügenhals each create a course for a 7-course tasting menu with a focus on mushrooms on this unique evening at Von Lügenhals on the Danish West Coast. The proceeds from the evening go to an inspiration trip for local chefs.
