Six of the best South West Danish chef teams from Ho Kro, Café Stranden, Nymindegab Kro, Høfde 4, Arnbjerg Pavillonen og Hr. Skov each create a course for a 6-course menu with a focus on mushrooms on this unique evening at Hr. Skov on the Danish West Coast. The proceeds from the evening go to an competetion for local chefs.
