An Non-Traditional Easter with Hot Pot Republic

Presented by Hot Pot Republic

From the 25th of March and until the 1st of April, we add a little extra to our pop-up restaurant in Borgergade. For a limited week, you can experience the temporary Easter menu at Hot Pot Republic! If you want a non-traditional holiday with new cultural traditions - this is your chance!

Mr. Yindong Ye, one of the best Sichuan chefs in town, will perform his magic and give you a culinary experience. Sichuan is a southwest province in China, and the region is not only home to the giant panda, but also incredible Chinese food!

Mr. Ye has more than 30 years experience in the Sichuan cuisine and is known for his talent and his use of natural spices to uncover the hidden tastes when cooking.
