Herbal foraging with Wildfooding

This walk will be conducted in danish but english speakers are most welcome:)

Do you want to learn how to forage? Join this gastronomic foraging walk.

We will look for herbs, flowers and what else edible we stumble across.

We will do foraging in the hedges, ditches, forrests, beaches. We will collect whats out, and see what will come later in the year.

Learn about edibles and non edibles.

Get knowlegde about how to cook with the herbs, and how to preserve.

Bring bags and a small knife or scissors.

Meetingpoint is Sydvestpyntens parkering, Kalvebodvej 272, 2791 Dragør at 17. The walk is approximately 2 hours and we will walk around 3 kilometers.

Dress according to the weather.
