The Grønnegade neighbourhood is just a stonethrow away from Kgs. Nytorv, but is known and loved for it's more laidback vibe, compared to the more hectic life around Strøget and Gothersgade.

For this day we have gathered a menu with inspiration from Japanese cuisine- but also with nods to the more spicy and rustic korean kitchen.

- welcome drink/ tokubetsu sake cocktail

- today's sashimi w. gari ginger & fresh grated wasabi as pickle

- soba noodle soup w. wakame, springonion & mushrooms.

- seaweed salad w. sesame.

- miso marinated beef w. yakiniku

- 3 x korean sidedishes of the day

- gochujang marinated kingprawns w. tonkatsu/ ginger

- after dinner sake/ daiginjo minume.
