Caronte is a charming new restaurant in Carlsberg Byen. The restaurant is proudly run by the owners of Rufino Osteria, one of Copenhagen’s most beloved Italian eateries, who have embarked on an exciting new venture.
Nestled at the edge of J.C. Jacobsens’ Have (Fadet 31), in the heart of Carslberg Byen, Caronte offers a delightful dining experience.
Our Venetian Chef, Marco Muzzarelli masterfully orchestrates a culinary symphony at Caronte, where Venetian flair meets pan-Italian gastronomy. His dishes, rooted in local tradition, voyage across Italy's rich culinary landscape. Each plate is a mosaic of regional flavors, artfully elevated to new heights.
The immersive experience is complemented by Roots' curated wine pairings, where celebrated sommelier Felix Chamorro's innovative selections resonate with Muzzarelli's creations.
