Incredible cocktails with Wildfooding

Learn how to make incredible drinks with herbs like angelica, yarrow, roses, Japanese knotgrass in fresh/ dried kinds and much more!

Thomas, who has been collecting wild herbs most of his life, is going to present herbs and tell about his experiences with wild herbs in drinks.

Thomas will bring infusions in alcohol, fresh herbs and berries, which will be shaken and blended into delicious cold drinks. We will make a bitter, sweet and fresh cocktail, which we will enjoy together.

Thomas is not a bartender but an expert in eatable (and drinkable) wild plants and he wants to show his ways to make extraordinary drinks with a wild twist.

Expect to leave the event lightheaded.
