Calling all wine and risotto lovers!
We would like to invite you all to a special event next week, Thursday the 30th of November!

We teamed up with Distinto for a pop up Risotto & Wine tasting.

A whole evening of awesomeness where our chef Christian Lorenzato and Distinto sommelier Jonas Fogh will escort you on a journey through the still unknown Italian rice variety paired with the best wines.

You will be delighted with 5 risotto servings, each of them prepared with a special kind of rice and a little hint of nordic influence and paired up with 5 exquisite wines specifically chosen to merge and enhance the flavours.

To end in beauty a little sweet treat: Risalamande and Brachetto d’Acqui, to warm up your Christmas spirit.

All the wines and all the rices served during the evening will be available to acquire at Ris8, a perfect combination for an original gift ;).

250 DKK pr. person. Seats are limited to 50. Show up at Ris8 in WestMarket from 6.30 pm, tasting starting at 7pm.
