Experience authentic Mexican cuisine from Mexico City. A living, seductive, fresh and exuberant kitchen, where private dining is based on the authentic. With El Patrón, head chef Armando will show what Mexican cuisine is and what it can do with its memorable flavors and complex compositions.
Winter is upon us and so we created a menu for the upcoming season, keeping up with Mexican traditional food and a slide touch of Scandinavia.
The ideas behind El Patrón are based on the basic flavors of the ancient Mayan and Aztec cuisine, but modernized for the contemporary private dining scene - renewed and refined. Tasting which, together with the visually beautiful dishes, must create a balance in the overall impression. And as a community, each mouthful must bring the experience up to a higher level.
