Here, the popular grapes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay dominate, and the style varies from the crisp and mineral Chablis to the grand and oak-aged expressions further south. Burgundy is all about Terroir, the symbiosis of soil, climate, vineyard, and a human touch. In this tasting, we will travel through Burgundy and talk about differences in styles. 450;- DKK per person

Bubbles have a  place in our existence and in our hearts, it is the perfect drink for parties, and celebrations, as an aperitif, or as a meal drink. But what is the difference between the various bubble types? What is the difference between Champagne and Cremant or Cava? And what exactly is "Pet Nat"? In this tasting we compare production methods of sparkling wines, talk about different types of sparkling wine, and a little more.
