We dine side by side with new friends and enjoy an Arabic inspired feast with no less than 15 dishes served to share ”family style” in 4 heats. Enjoy an evening focusing on green and sustainable gastronomy inspired by one of the world’s richest food cultures including baba ganoush, zhug, tabouleh and flame grilled veggies from near and afar. We’ll combine taste, smell and sound when Bilal Irshed Trio scores the dinner. Bilal is born in Palestine and is known for his unique and elegant approach to the traditional ”oud”, which can best be described as a pear-shaped Middle Eastern lute. The rest of the trio consists of Rasmus Møldrup on the double bass and percussionist Yohan Ramon. The price includes freshly brewed mint tea to go with the food. Other beverages can be purchased on the evening.
