At Brewmaster's Battle at SKAAL you will get a unique experience, when three Copenhagen Breweries meet with the talented chef Per Hallundbæk.
Per Hallundbæk serves a delicious four-course menu. The brewmasters from Jacobsen, Ølsnedkeren and Herslev are ready for battle and are all bringing specially selected beer, that they mean matches and brings out the best in each serving.
Through out the dinner the brewmasters will share the story for each of their beer and why they mean it matches the serving perfectly. You can vote on your favourite "beerparring" to Per Hallundbæks menu and decide which one of the three brewmasters, that will win 'Brewmasters Battle'.

Pickled trout with salats, small cucumbers, lemon cream and mustard vinaigrette
Terrine of guinea fowl with marinated cabbage, blackcurrant and truffle cream
Brown Ale braised oxtail with duck liver, mushrooms and sauce of sherry, Brown Ale and fermented goose berries
Fried Tallegio in parma ham with rosemary-glazed pears, honey and pepper.
