Do you want to taste and experience where tomorrow's chefs are going?
This evening you can taste brand new dishes made by our skilled chef students. It's an evening where our coming chefs get the chance to create a night after their own ideas and inspiration, and get the opportunity to test their creativity and independence - in front of a picky audience.
In 2018 Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival is focusing on reducing food waste, and we have chosen to incorporate this as theme.
Students will work within two dogmas:
Included in the price are an 18 course meal, four of which are made by the young chefs, + wine menu.
