Guests will receive a glass on Cremant d'Alsace upon arrival and enjoy with olives & salted almonds on the table.
The first round of food will be a mix of canned fish: anchovies, brisling and blue mussels, served with toasted bread & fresh mayo. This is served with a glass of Gruner Veltliner.
The second round of food will be a mix of cheese, charcuterie and pate, served with homemade bread & olive oil, different garnishes like compote, cornichons, mustard & crackers for the cheese. Together with a glass of red wine from Rhône.
