Fix Food - Fix the Planet

For this year’s Copenhagen Cooking, Foodprint Nordic and Simple Feast are bringing farmers, chefs, artists and eaters together to celebrate what the fertile soil has to offer.

Join the variety of two pop-up dinners at Simple Feast where we honor the power of the plate filled with delicious and seasonal produce from various local farmers such as; Øhave, Vild Hvede, Godis Grønt and Seerupgaard. The dinner will be prepared by leading chefs from the Danish food scene, among them are: Frederico D’Andretta, Tom Siebeler, Laura Trillot and Ingeborg Bloch Christensen. Chefs will collaborate with the farmers to create each of their delicious and innovative plant-based dinners.

Forefront musical artists such as ML Buch, Clarissa Connely and Mija Milovic, from the experimental Copenhagen scene, will take care of the festive moods over the course of the three events, and the photo exhibition ‘Det vi skaber’ by farmer and photographer Katrine Bach Hansen will serve as the perfect backdrop for these evenings on Refshaleøen.

The produce, the chefs and the artists will change over the course of the three events.

Menu

Produce, chefs, menu and music will all vary during the three days of the events. All dinners will plant-based and served family style, and will be created in cooporation between chefs and farmers.

All menus include a welcome drink and three glasses of wine
