Folkets Madhus invites to a long table dinner in the sign of the butcher, where the theme of the night is nose2tail – or common sense. Owner and founder Michael Museth are going to introduce his work in Folkets Madhus together with the international butcher network Butcher’s Manifesto, who fights in order to keep the good butcher network! The dinner of evening consists of two courses with organic free-range port from Hindsholm complemented by this seasons organic vegetables.
