A different, playful, unpretentious and sensory dining experience: FOOD FEELS pop-up is an experimental and interactive dining experience in Copenhagen designed to re-connect with each other and outselves.

The experience takes place in stunning surroundings on a roof-top farm in Copenhagen in a greenhouse surrounded by sprouting herbs and vegetables Through sensory playfulness, engagement as well as socio-cultural and cognitive aspects, the experience will extend beyond the plate. 

With respect for sustainability and in collaboration with sommerlier Jeppe Schneider and skilled chefs previously working at Noma, I offer you a dining experience consisting of the following servings:

PLAY
Bare hands. Bubbles. Courgette. Hazelnut. Bergamot.
White grape, Bodegas Cano.

SHARE
Compose. Collaborate. Polenta. Mushrooms. Figs.
Red grape, Petite Immortelle.

CREATE
Steal. Crush. Umami yoghurt. Brown butter waffles.
Bergamot almond chai.

Water ad libitum.
