In week 42, we are once again attending Foodweek. We are part of the MULD collaboration where focus is using local materials. Here at Lolland-Falster the soil is rich and we get the best ingredients to use in our restaurant. Foodweek is no exception - we serve a 3 course menu where the focal point is all the good things we can get here at Lolland-Falster.
