After a year in Paris Peter Yung Worth is back in Denmark during the Copenhagen Cooking and Food Festival, together with the designers Dennis Lynge and Mia Bjergegaard, invites you to a unique and sensuous dining experience where gastronomy meets graphics.

It will be an evening for “Mouth and Eye". An evening where we celebrate good company, interpret good taste, play with and challenge our perception of colours, food-presentation and styling. It will be a tasteful, colourful and informal dinner.

Included in the price are four dishes and a combined juice and wine menu.

Peter Yung Worth has spent most of his life in professional kitchens - and both his talent and ambition as a chef has led him around most of the world. Peter Yung Worth was originally trained at Falsled Kro and has previously served as chef in some of Denmark's best restaurants. In 2017 he was named Chef of the Year and subsequently worked with Mette Martinussen at the play "Feast" - interactive theatre and fine dining at the “Republique”. With culinary influences from his time in London, Italy, Russia, Denmark and most recently in France, it is difficult to put just one label on Peter's food. But one thing is sure - Peter makes food from the heart.

Mia Bjergegaard is a graphic designer and partner in the design bureau Paper Beat Rock. When Mia founded Paper Beat Rock together with her collaborator in 2013, it was from the simple principle: "No business as usual". Which has been the starting point ever since. Paper Beat Rock has become a "go-to" for everything from one of the world's largest sex stores, the brewery experiment, People Like Us and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.

Dennis Lynge is a graduate graphic designer and is currently working as Design Director at one of Denmark's largest creative companies, Uncle Grey in Copenhagen. Dennis' work is carried out by aesthetics and with inspiration in fine art he creates inspirational and visual universes. In 2010, in collaboration with Michael Nygaard and Scoop Models, Dennis created the art project "Icon" as promotional documentation of the contemporary beauty ideals. In 2018, Dennis won both gold and silver for his work at the Creative Circle Award 2018.
