Learn about cheese at Ma Poule's French cheese school. In the class you will be presented to four different cheeses and get the quirky stories behind them. We will discuss why the small producers, who have made cheese for generations, are fighting to survive and find it difficult to pass on their trade in a global world. We will draw parallels to Danish cheese production and exchange experiences between the two countries.
Then of course we will taste the cheeses and learn about what distinguishes the different cheeses and how to describe their taste.
The menu includes a cheese platter of four different cheeses as well as a glass of wine or other beverage.
