Frederiksberg Harvest Feast: Anarki x Nørbys Grøntsager

The classic bistro Anarki, with its central location in Frederiksberg, has been part of Frederiksberg Harvest Feast from the start. This year they have joined forces with Nørbys Grøntsager to make a delicious three-course menu.

Anarki has, since they opened the doors to the restaurant in 2015, been a dining experience without rules and dogmas - hence the name. The restaurant works uncompromisingly when it comes to food as well as wine. The approach to food is grounded in French cuisine, but Anarchy is not afraid to expand its horizons and be inspired by cuisines from around the world. The most important thing is that the food is honest and tastes of what it looks like. In 2016, Anarchy was awarded a ‘Bib Gourmand’ by the Michelin guide, which is an award given to restaurants that serve good food at good prices.

Nørbys Grøntsager is beautifully located on Stevns, where, on 24 acres of land, they grow up to fifty different organic crops a year. The farm's vegetables and eggs are sold to private homes through their own farm shop and in addition they deliver to food communities, supermarkets and restaurants. The energy production on the farm is green with a wind turbine, solar cells and solar heat.

The practicalities: • You must bring your own plate, cutlery and glasses. • We provide both beer and wine bars on the avenue. • You will be sitting at the restaurant you are buying a ticket for, so remember to buy tickets for the same restaurant, if you would like to sit together. • We meet from 5:00 p.m., and at 6:00 p.m. we all sit at the table. At 9.00 pm. we will leave the tables and the event will close down • In case of rain, we have provided a roof over your head.

Il Fornaio provides handmade Primitivo sourdough bread for the table, and award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil to dip the bread in.

Starter:
Pickled and fresh root vegetables with ham from Origreen and stracciatella from La treccia

Main course:
Chicken frikasse, with vegetables from Nørby's vegetables, grated horseradish and mashed potatoes

Dessert:
Red porridge with cream and almond crunch
