Tomorrow's edible harbour

The harbour of Copenhagen is cleaner than ever. Already, locals are landing mullet, cod and garfish in the inner harbour - and looking forward to one day being able to supply themselves with fresh mussels, oysters and seaweed.

This event is an opportunity to get up close and personal with tomorrow's edible harbour with the Bicycle Chef and Maritime Allotments as trusted guides. After an excursion to the inner harbour, “Wave Field”, where you will witness sustainable cultivation of mussels, seaweed and oysters, you are seated for a delicate dinner based on local marine species and natural wines. Ingredients are supplied by close friends at Fiskerikajen and Rosforth & Rosforth.

Included in the price is a 4-course dinner with wine and a tour of the Wave Field. 20 % of the ticket sale is donated to Maritime Allotments in support of their work to promote local, sustainable farming at sea.
