This night Marie Holm will team up with our own Chef, Fadimo Nour, to create an amazing three course dinner, that has our mutual love for food and hearty meals as theme.

Starter:
Sambusas with sweet potatoes, feta cheese and scallions
Chilichutney
Raita with mango

Main course:
A hearty stew with warm spices, lamb, celery and prunes
Rice with cardamom
Crispy wintersalad with seasonal vegetables

Dessert:
Muhallebia - an Arabian dessert with milk, orange blossom, lemon, fresh bananas and pistachios
