Veggies in everyday cooking

The focus on using less meat at the same as using more vegetables in daily cooking has increased over the last years. Trine will introduce you to a kitchen filled with vegetables, and learn you how to cook delicious everyday food packed with greens.

What you will learn on this class?

In this class you will learn about the many possibilities of making everyday meals full of vegetables. You will get inspiration and tips to how you can use all of your leftover vegetables; from the lonely zucchini, the two carrots and the last slice of lemon.

We will cook a variation of dishes with vegetables including soup and salad but also other dishes that will challenge the way we understand a full evening meal. We will bake vegetables whole, do a pesto and talk about how to make the green way of eating work.

We will use vegetables in season, and as many local produce as possible.

In June, Kirsten from Stensbølgård, will send all the summer vegetables our way, so we can make meals with the freshest and most delicious summer vegetables!

In our class

We will offer you tea, coffee, water and some snacks upon arrival, and a work station will be ready for you.
There are max. 12 persons in a class.
The class will end with a shared meal, and you can take home your recipes as well as any leftovers.
