Experience a formidable evening and dinner when the chef of the newly opened Roxie, Anika Madsen, invites you home at her terrace at Frederiksberg:

"Expect "Backyard barbecue with an edge" when I invite you and seven others to a dinner where good ingredients are presented in a mix of sharing and ego dishes. This evening I've teamed up with Emil Rodam, who also has his roots in the Kadeau-family and is partner at Roxie. We would like to invite you to a social-dining experience on my terrace in the heart of Frederiksberg, where we will all come together. The dinner will consist of raw materials and dishes in Roxie's spirit, where you will reach the world's corner and return to the Danish sunshine rock island, Bornholm. We put the Yakitori grill ready on the table, where there will be servings you have to grill yourself this evening.

We look forward to a cosy evening."

Pac choi and Nam Jim -Caviar and fermented potato bread - Chicken liver parfait and grilled bread -Grilled chicken heart and teriyaki dishes

Dishes

Ceviche of bristles, gooseberries and grilled new corn - Grilled Tabouriech oysters, new cabbage from Lammefjorden and vinaigrette on pickled green strawberries - Tartar and fermented mushrooms - stuffed chicken wings and roasted blue cheese - Grilled turbot, summer frieze on trumpet mushrooms and sauce on knife mussels - Cream fraiche, whey caramel and summer berries

Wine, water and coffee is included in the price.
