Christian F. Puglisi invites you to join him for dinner "at home" in the field at Farm of Ideas.

We will set the long table in the middle of the field, where the meal will be served "family-style" in the beautiful surroundings. The evening's menu will offer five organic green dishes, all of which will be created based on the days harvest, as well as fresh cheeses produced with jersey milk from our own cows. The cheeses are made from the fresh milk, hand drawn every day and served just a few hours after they are made. Wine, as well as local non-alcoholic beverages will be served with the menu.

Before we start the dinner, Christian will give a tour of the field and talk a little about the philosophy behind Farm of Ideas, his future dreams and the new alliance with Svanholm.

What is Farm of Ideas?
Farm of Ideas was established in 2016 and it is a melting pot for innovation within gastronomy and sustainable agriculture.
