Come home to the man who is the leading expert and importer of caviar in Scandinavia when Jacob Marsing-Rossini invites you to a sumptuous and luxurious caviar dinner:

"Is caviar just caviar? Absolutely not. Caviar is complex in its taste and it's all about combining the right type of roe with the right amount and type of salt to get the best quality. Therefore I would like to invite you on a journey into the world of caviar, where we will explore the simple, but exclusive eating - fish eggs and salt.

The evening starts with a caviar tasting of at least six different caviar. While we taste the glories, I will give you insight into the world market for caviar: What is the caviar's history, where is caviar produced and who are the players on the market right now. In order to elaborate on the complexity of the caviar, you will be served a 5-course menu, where caviar plays the lead role. For dinner, champagne and wine will be served.
