Join me backstage and get an exclusive insight into the world of icecream, when I invite you to my ice cream shop, Østerberg Icecream, on Østerbro.
We start the evening with two types of icecream; a sorbet and milk icecream, while I tell about the science behind ice and what I associate with the ideal icecream. Afterwards we go to the kitchen where I want to demonstrate a ice cream production based on a ready made ice-cream base, which we will sparkle up with the excellent ingredient: alcohol. Of course, we will enjoy the whole glory afterwards.
