Ice cream course - The advanced (English)

Presented by Østerberg ice cream

This course will give you a deeper understanding of ice cream science and how the ice cream structure is composed. Ideally you have worked with ice cream previously, or you have a good knowledge in the field of cooking/food science. If you have attended one of our basics courses, you are definitely ready for this course.

You will learn to calculate your own recipes, and you will obtain an in-depth understanding of how various ingredients influence the ice cream structure. Cathrine Østerberg is teaching this course, which is taught in English.
