Behind the pasta workshop Il Mattarello in Torvehallerne KBH is Lucia and Valerio. They make tagliatelle and ravioli that make the angels sing all the way to Italy where the young couple come from. Besides the workshop they run the intimate trattoria Tèrra at Ryesgade in Copenhagen and this night they will serve you the best from both places: antipasti, pasta, secondo and dolce.
A wine menu of biodynamic wines from Lazio is included in the price.
Lucia has a background as a designer and Valerio has worked as a chef at acclaimed Restaurants Kanalen and Amass. Together they are bringing true Roman vibes and craftmanship to Copenhagen.
