During Copenhagen Cooking Mangholm welcomes guests to the country side for a unique evening. With a focus on the way our produce travels from the soil to the fork and what that does to our minds, hearts and stomach.
The evening start at 6 pm with a tour of the vegetable field with the owner Tine Hage as your guide. She will explain about the work with the soil with a focus on biodiversity.
After an introduction to the produce you will be seated on the terrrace with a virew of the flower garden and fields, accompanied by singing and music from cello and violin.
The chef Joakob Kierecki will serve a three course meal based on the produce from the farm.
The price below is excluding ticket fees.
Tour of the farm
Welcome tea, water, koncert and five-course menu with evverything good from the gardens.
Other drinks can be purchased on the night.
All wines are organic or biodynamic.
