Cooking the Christmas dinner is part of a long Danish tradition and each family has their own way, and there are also regional differences, and it can be seen as an ordeal. But is doesn't have to, it can be fun and there are ways to plan and get ahead.

Trine Hahnemanns loves Christmas and has practiced cooking the Christmas dinner for years and will say herself, that she masters the dinner to perfection. Join Trine at this special class and learn from her, so you can be your own master on Christmas eve.

Planning and how to get ahead of the game
You will learn how to roast the duck, and how to get crisp cracklings on the pork roast

We end the class with sitting down and eating together, we'll have a glass of wine and share our Christmas stories.


In our classes
We will offer you tea, coffee and water upon arrival. There are max. 12 people in a class.
After some background information and instructions, you will experience the cooking class and learn how to make the recipes yourself. You will be able to take all recipes of the class with you.
