Eating beef with a good conscience!
Beef is one of the most reviled foods of our time. So how can it be that there is still beef on the menu at Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital?
In the hospital kitchen, they believe that beef can be both CO2 friendly and sustainable. In the hospital's own slaughterhouse, the large animals are cut up, and together with organic ingredients and home-grown herbs, nutritious and tasty dishes are conjured up for the patients. And almost without food waste.
The price below is excluding ticket fees.
You wil be served a three course menu with a focus on biodynamic beef and organic vegetables followed by a seasonal dessert. There will be served a home made juicemenu. Vegetarian/vegan options are not available.
