Kokkeriet x Sharon Salloum

This evening will be a truly unique gastronomic experience, when Denmark meets Syria in the fusion of explosions of taste and top gastronomy.

The Michelin restaurant, Kokkeriet, is visited by Syrian cook Sharon Salloum, who comes all the way from Sydney, Australia. Sharon runs the Syrian restaurant "Almond Bar" in Sidney along with her sister - and is also part of the #Cookforsyria initiative. With all the events taking place in Syria right now, we have chosen to dedicate this evening to spreading positive attention and recognition to the country.

Our head chef Morten Krogholm, and Sharon Salloum will work together to create a fantastic menu with 14 servings and wine menu that will be a homage to the Syrian cuisine. Noma chef Tarek Alameddine and falafel master Yusef Houji will join Morten and Sharon this evening to help create a outstanding dinner.
