A guided olive oil tasting and lecture with Olive Oil Sommelier and cook Christina Elver. During the tasting, she takes you through extra virgin olive oil of very high quality. Get answers to questions like, "What is fresh olive oil?", "Why is it important to choose a filtered olive oil?" And "How  can you taste that the olive oil is high quality?".

Christina introduces you to professional taste techniques. Together, you taste three different varieties of first-grade oils: A mild Arbequina, a medium Picual and a powerful Hojiblanca.
