Food and Identity in Greenland

Presented by Det Grønlandske Hus

Come join Copenhagen Cooking at the Greenlandic House and enjoy a four-course menu created by the Greenlandic chef Rune Collin.

Greenlandic cuisine and the Greenlandic diet are enormously varied, and can offer a unique culinary experience. Especially when you are in the hands of Greenlandic chef Rune Collin, who for this year's Copenhagen Cooking offers a four-course menu that includes both Musk Ox and Reindeer.

For many Greenlanders, there is a connection between Greenlandic food and Greenlandic identity. Identity politics is in these years up for a lot of debate, both globally and also in Greenland.

Enjoy an aperitif, while Lars Lerche gives a talk about the Greenlandic identity, which is also a theme for this year's exhibitions and events in the Greenlandic House.

The price below is excluding ticket fees.
