Neighborhood Dinners: Sydhavn
Presented by Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival
Sydhavn, the old industrial neighbourhood alongside the Copenhagen waterfront, is a diverse place full of history and culture. On this evening, we celebrate Sydhavn and the local community with a large potluck dinner for about 100 people.
We’ll set the tables outside Karens Minde Kulturhus, and you bring a sharing dish. Bagerdygtigt Sydhavn will provide freshly baked sourdough, and Karens Minde Café serves a delicious rhubarb trifle for dessert.
The event is outdoors so bring warm clothes if needed. In case of inclement weather, we’ll move inside Pavillonen. Feel free to bring your own drinks, and you will also be able to buy beer, wine and soft drinks from the bar.

Cutlery, plates and glasses will be provided. Just focus on bringing a main dish.
It will be possible to buy drinks on site.
The evening's program
5:30pm We will be ready to greet you with a welcome drink. There will be time to explore the area before we give our welcome speech.
6:00pm We take our seats around the tables and presen the evening's program with all the great locals involved.
6:15pm We are ready to eat togehter and enjoy each others dishes supplemented by a sourdough from Bagerdygtigt.
We will end the night with a rhubard triffle for dessert served by Karens Minde Café
In the course of the night a selection of the locals will tell about their projects in the area an togehter we will celebrate Sundby and its unique qualities and you will get to know your city and its inhabitants better.
Remember to bring a warm sweater.
