Karlos Ponte has fascinated Copenhageners for years with his experimental and playful take on Venezuelan cuisine. At this masterclass you will get the chance to learn how to combine sustainably catched Danish fish with South American produce and traditions. While you and a group of other foodies whip up delicious dishes, Karlos will let you in on the life of a masterchef. Get to know his journey from Merida Venezueala to the kitchen at Noma, to opening his own acclaimed restaurants Taller and PMY - and learn how he uses Scandi minimalism as an inspiration while still being true to his native food culture.
