Ice Cold Ice Technique with Kunst og Køkkentøj

Discover the secrets behind creating the perfect ice cream. Learn to craft your own ice cream recipes and understand the theory behind it all. In our masterclass, we will delve into the technique of ice cream making and explore the essential tools required.

We will review the reliable Musso Mini ice cream maker with compressor as well as the innovative ice purifying machine, the Ninja Creami. Additionally, we will provide you with tips to get the most out of tools such as thermometers, ice scoopers, and much more. Of course, there will be tastings along the way!

Please note: This course is not designed for hands-on work with the ice mass. It is a masterclass where we share our knowledge and expertise. We will not focus on flavor combinations, but rather on technique and equipment.

This masterclass is conducted in Danish.

Mads Eg Andersen, food researcher, former ice cream maker, and winner of "Bagedysten", has teamed up with Kunst og Køkkentøj for this masterclass.
