Homemade hummus

Fattoush salad: Fresh salad with crispy bread chips and tangy sumac dressing.

Beetroot salad: Tender beetroot with flat-leaf parsley.

Cheese rolls: Crispy filo rolls with mild, creamy cheese.

Kebbeh: Crispy bulgur shells with seasoned beef and pine nuts.

Sambousek: Small golden pastry pockets filled with beef.
