Beer and bread tasting

Bread and beer are two key elements of the Danish food culture and have historically been the focal point for celebrating many of our highlights. But a new era of craftsmanship challenges what good beer and good bread is and can.

Jalm & B and De ølglade damers klub get together for a talk about raw produce, gluten frightening and the (wild) yeast's ability to create beer and the ultimate sourbread. We taste beer and bread and explore what it means that the relatively basic and same ingredients of beer and bread can end up with such different end products.

We will go through 4 servings of beer and bread, where we look into raw produce, cultural tales, crafts and not least flavors.
