Three-course dinner with beer menu! Three courses specially developed for the occasion. Based on hand-brewed beer from Hoppe.beer.
The many flavors of the beer offer endless opportunities to play with and bring forward the flavors of the ingredients.
Take a seat at the cozy long tables for a great dinner with beer menu and experience the encounter between beer and food. All beers are based on the Belgian beer tradition.

The beer and food menu is created in a collaboration between Hoppe.beer and Glad Mads head chef.

The brewer and the chef
Frederik Hoppe's micro brewery Hoppe.beer brews beer inspired by the Belgian brewing tradition. The goal is clear: to create an exceptional beer experience for beer drinkers. Head chef Nick Vienberg has a passion and many years of experience in incorporating beer into food. Frederik and Nick are both driven by creativity and an eternal quest for the most interesting flavors.

Since alcohol is served you must be minimum 18 years old to participate.


Menu

Packet of fish with fennel flowers, bay leave and shallot served with a fennel salad, vanilla and lovage with beer- and orange vinaigrette

Indian Summer duck two ways with fermented apple compot made from Frederik's beer, baked apples and parsley potatoes to share

Plum tarte-tatin with lemon, mint and coriander with rose peber and home made vanilla cream.
