THE TASTE OF AN ART EXHIBITION / The vegan chef Neel Engholm has created a food-experience that interprets Jeppe Hein’s current exhibition IN IS THE ONLY WAY OUT. She has created three courses inspired by the raw concrete of Cisternerne and elements from the current art exhibition, which will be served in different parts of the 4.320 m2 space to take you on an aesthetic food-walk through the underground.

The exhibition IN IS THE ONLY WAY OUT encourages you to be present and feel your body. During Copenhagen Cooking, Cisternerne invites you to experience the current exhibition with your all your senses - especially your sense of taste and your stomach: Join in on a journey of taste from the vegan cuisine, vibrations from a giant gong that resonates deep down in your body and breathing exercises, that draws the attention to your center.
