For the third time Æblerov, Decideret and Holm Cider challenge the knowledge and perception of what real cider is. 40 of the very best cider producers from home and abroad are showing their version of what real cider is and sets Danish cider in an international context.
Once again the festival takes place at 'Israels Plads' - at the festival center of Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival - where the vibrant life around Torvehallerne forms the framework for the event. In addition to a lot of cider during the three tastings, there will be a cidermakers dinner where long tables ends the day with 3-5 courses and cider ad libitum.
With a ticket you gain access to one of the festival's three tastings, which includes free cider during the given period. Cidermakers dinner is purchased separately. Selected ciders can be bought in the Ciderbar and enjoyed at one of the set tables & benches - or use the cider shop and take a few bottles home.
