Roxies Fish Dinner

Presented by Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival

Restaurant Roxie joins forces with Fiskerikajen for this unique, sustainable fish dinner served at communal tables at our Festival Site.

Roxie is deeply rooted in the gastronomical universe of Kadeau. But Roxie is also just Roxie – an informal, modern, and cozy little sister, that offers tasty food in snug surroundings, with the comfort and well-being of the guest as its focus. Since they opened in 2018, they have been highly appraised by the food critics.

Fiskerikajen has since 2001 delivered freshly caught fish to some of Denmark's best restaurants. This evening they deliver the fresh sustainable fish and shellfish, but Fiskerikajen will also give the guests an insight into the produces, how they work with gentle fishing and how the political situation affects the fishery.

On thursday August 29 Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival focuses on the UN Global Goal 14: 'Life in the Sea' - with this sustainable fish dinner among other events.
