Taste the future: : 4 course tasting menu with insects

How can we start to eat in a more sustainable way, without compromising taste and nutrition? 
Wholi* will take you on an inspiring food journey with a 4-course tasting menu based on insects, where we will explore insects’ unique taste, crunch and texture. 
Insects present a viable solution to tackling climate change, whilst also offering the nutritional profile of beef, fish and rye bread. Insects are generally high in complete proteins, Omega-3, vitamin B13, minerals and fibre, and they emit 100 times less CO2 than the production of beef. 
Insects are nothing new - they have been enjoyed for thousands of years by the majority of the planet’s population, except here in the Western world. That is why Wholi (who is known for turning insects into appetising and nutritious foods, for instance with their Dare Squares) is inviting you to an innovative food experience and a peak into what a future forward plate of food looks like.
The setting will be relaxed and informal, held at SingularityU Nordic, where future food technology, disruption and artificial intelligence lead most of the conversations. 

Allergies: if you have an allergi towards shellfish you may also be allergic to insects, as they are closely related. Please inform us if you have other allergies that we should be aware of 3 days before the dinner.
