Schnapps are so much more than the little strong shot Danish people drink at Christmas.  

Over the past years, Christianshavns Færgecafé have specialized in producing homemade schnapps that match the classic Danish cuisine. And this evening they will introduce you to the world of schnapps!

You will taste flower and herb schnapps, nut schnapps and fruit schnapps. And you will learn why the schnapps is not just for the herring, but just as much for cheese or dessert. You will be served five smaller pieces of classic Danish open sandwiches together with five specially selected schnapps.

The evening is for beginners, but schnapps lovers are also more than welcome!
