In the middle of Frederiksberg Garden, you can look forward to a fantastic evening of gastronomy at the historic restaurant Fasangården. With this Treat everything is taken care of with 8 dishes, accompanying wine menu and water and coffee. The voucher can be redeemed from Wednesday to Saturday in July 2023 and you save 20% with Treat.

The building was built in 1682 as a residence for the king's pheasant master, who raised pheasants for the king's hunting parties. According to the Danish Palaces and Culture Agency, the first pheasant master also had a license to brew and sell beer. This meant that the Fasangården was already an excursion destination and right in the middle of the city for many citizens. 

In the spring of 2023, the restaurant gained renewed strength with the young head chef Andreas Ring Kjeldsholm Hansen, who was previously head chef at the two-star Vollmers in Malmö.

Under the management of Anika Madsen, Fasangården's menu has previously been Danish-French with clear Asian references to Japan in particular. The new head chef has the ambition to continue this style, but at the same time wants to put his own stamp on the dishes:

"It must be honest, down-to-earth food and food that tastes damn good. It is difficult to find a good term for it, but 'casual fine dining' could be an indication of the food style”.
