Enjoy a day in the nature, when the herb collector, chef, food writer, entrepreneur and antman, Thomas Laursen, invites you out where he feels most at home:

Nature a quite special and I have not only made it my passion, but also my living, to find the very best wild ingredients nature has to offer. Therefore, I would like to invite you to the Kongenlunden on herb hiking, where we gather various of amazing herbs. On this trip, we will stop at my secret orangeant place, where I gather ants to Noma. We will finish the tour with a small meal, you will take part in making, consisting of the wild herbs and ants, as well as fish, seafood and fermented, salted and pickled from the season. Of course, for all the wild glory there will be served a glass of wine or two.

You get my book "Wild - Nature into the Kitchen" and your picked herbs home with you, so you can continue to be inspired by nature at home.
